edit again: Sorry about the resubmitt, but i had one of those so called flashes of inspiration, so i redesigned the redesigns (changed the weapon on the plaque marine, and completely redrew the rubric marine). Sorry again for the resubmitt, i wasn't sure if i should have made this a new file or not.

K, well here is my second attempt to depict cult marines of Slaanesh. In this case, the Slaanesh version of the rubric marine and plague marine. The first attempt wasn't very succsessful I felt and I wanted to revisit the idea with better concepts. These ideas are heavily based on sugguestions by So thanks to him again for his ideas in making these better.

for the plague marine I took NecrosisBob's sugguestion about making them wasted away in appearance instead of being bloated. I took the idea further than just making them wasted in appearnce. I made it so their armour would be covered in vents that could be used to expell massive clouds of Slaanesh drugs into the air (it would function as blight gernades). I also made the drug despensor on the marines backpack much bigger this time. As for equating the rules to this design: the drug vents would function as the blight gernades, the drugs pumping through the marines body would convie increased toughness and "feel no pain" (afterall its its hard to feel a bolter round going into your head when your so high you dont know what year it is lol)

As for the Rubric marine, I took NecrosisBob's sugguestion of walking art and really ran with it. These marines have done and expierenced so much that their body had become a hinderence to their fun; so they shedd them. Now they exist as walking cathedrals dedicated to depicting their lifetimes of debouchary. Their armour is an evershifting series of images of debouchary and hedonism. Their weapon functions as a powerful focus for their images, and the power of the images is capable of burning away space marie power armour. These images also function as a powerful protective tool (ie the 4+ invuln sav) swirling around the marine bloking weapon fire that could have easily pierced even a space marine's armour.
